Most basements are not complete without a basement pumping system. We fit pumps from all major manufacturers as well as bespoke pumping solutions. The pumping system exists to move groundwater collected by the Cavity Drainage System into the drains which are located at a higher level than the basement subfloor. without an effective pumping system the basement will flood.
The exact design of the pumping system is critical to the success of the whole basement system. The size of the pumps, pipework and chambers are critical to the design as well as discharge points, building management integration and battery backup capability.

All of our systems have integrated audiable alarms to advise of a power failure. More advanced systems send text messages and trigger remote alarms.
Many systems include a specialist control panel which assist the effective operation of the pumps, such as the Newton CP1 Panel. The panel changes which pump works first, checks the condition of the pump and perfect a daily bust check to ensure the pump operates as expected.
