Raised access floor bunding offers an essential solution to leaks in high rise and safety critical buildings. The system works by containing any leaks from equipment above and alerting the building managers before the leak becomes substantial.

Our bunding system is designed to retain large amounts of water effectively, be robust enough to withstand construction conditions, whilst being quick and cost effective to install.

We install bunds ranging from one m2 to several thousand square metres in size using epoxy paints such as RIW Toughseal, and Ardex WPM 200.

Our bunding system combines custom cut galvanised steel angles with epoxy paint to create a robust and effective bund. the angle are available in any size and are fixed to the floor using a Hilti shot- fire system. this eliminates the need to drill and plug, and in addition only penetrates the floor 12mm, so misses any reinforcing bars in the floor. Installation requires no hot works and is possible in both internal and external conditions.

We also offer a testing system for the floors to guarantee compliance with building regulations.
