The challenge:
Our client needed a waterproofing solution which incorporated both traditional cavity drain and also waterproofing which followed complicated shapes and vaulted ceilings.
Our solution:
Working to Cetco’s overall design we implemented a detailed solution which incorporated Cetco 8mm cavity drain membrane as well as Cetco Volseal 250 onto complicated shapes around the perimeter of the building. All earth retaining walls were treated.
#000000The pumping stations were also installed by Octopus and included battery backups and telemetry to alert building managers of any issues.
The result:
The installation was completed in 8 working days and handed back to the main contractor ready for screed, drylining and fitout.
The solution will provide a robust solution for this important mixed use space for many years to come.
